Video/Photograph Permission

There may be occasions during the school year when photography or video may be used to record an event. The school will ensure that any images taken of school activities will not be used inappropriately. Please place a tick in the box if you give permission for this.

Food Allergy

During food technology activities carried out in school, your son/daughter may need to taste food. Could you please inform us of any reasons that prevent him/her tasting certain foods. Put None if there are no problems.
